Who we are

soglad is responsible for the details you send through soglad.ai. You can reach us at hello@soglad.ai.

What we collect

When you fill in the enquiry form: what you'd like (a demo or implementation), your type of business, how customers book with you, anything you tell us the agent should handle, your business name, website, name, email address and phone number. Only the business name, your name and email are required.

If you give your email but don't finish the form, we keep the answers you gave so far, so we can still help.

To stop abuse, we keep a scrambled version of your IP address that changes every day and can't be turned back into the address, and the country your request came from.

Why we use it

To reply to you, arrange a demo or talk about setting soglad up for your business. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and on taking steps you've asked for before any agreement.

We don't sell your details, add you to marketing lists or use them to train AI models.

Who sees it

The soglad team. Cloudflare runs soglad.ai, stores enquiries in a database located in Western Europe and delivers the email that tells our team about your enquiry. It acts only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Until it's no longer needed to talk to you about soglad, or until you ask us to delete it. Answers from an unfinished form are deleted when you send the full form.

Your browser

soglad.ai doesn't set cookies. The form remembers your name, business, email and phone in your browser for 90 days so you don't have to type them again. Choose “Not you?” in the form to clear them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@soglad.ai. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or to the data protection authority where you live.
